Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the management of all store employees and execution of store processes, including staffing, training, performance evaluations, inventory management, merchandising, ordering, and cash handling while ensuring safety and security standards. Lead recruitment, staff development, and compliance with federal/state labor laws; supervise opening/closing, analyze operating statements, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold cashier accountability and store policies; drive customer service and store performance through effective leadership, communication, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
