STORE MANAGER - 21 and older only - DECATUR, AL

Manage all store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing, and support. Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees while providing proper training, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying gaps for counseling or termination. Personally open and close the store at least twice weekly, evaluate operating statements for business trends, and order merchandise to meet in-stock targets. Ensure accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, maintain financial integrity via strict cashier accountability and key control, and provide superior customer service leadership. Maintain a clean, well-organized store and ensure compliance with federal labor laws and company policies. Complete all paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines.
