Job Summary
Lead team development, coaching, and hiring while ensuring seamless operations during the General Manager's absence. Deliver a safe, clean, and compliant workplace by enforcing safety protocols, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining site standards. Drive revenue growth through customer education, sales coaching, and labor management oversight. Support daily scheduling, payroll approvals, and conflict resolution to uphold a respectful, service-first culture. Requires 45–50 hours per week with flexibility to adjust to business demands.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week, adjusting as needed to meet business demands
