Job Summary
Store Manager at Scooter’s Coffee overseeing all aspects of store operations, including hiring, scheduling, barista training, and managerial paperwork while leading a friendly, service-oriented team. Responsible for opening/stabilizing the store to achieve annual net sales goals, managing store-level prime costs, and achieving speed-of-service goals with high customer service standards. Reports to Director of Operations and participates in hands-on leadership training. Must develop and lead a team of baristas, drive operational excellence, coach staff, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and core values.
