Job Summary
Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations, cultivating a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through team development and coaching. Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for both customers and employees while addressing concerns and resolving maintenance issues. Drive revenue growth by coaching team members, optimizing customer interactions, and overseeing labor management using KPI tools. Uphold company policies, enforce safety protocols, and assist with payroll tasks including reviewing and approving hours. Requires flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week and experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week, adjusting as needed to meet business demands
Desired Qualifications
- Car wash experience
- Strong leadership and sales acumen, with the ability to coach and develop team members to meet and exceed goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
