Job Summary
Store Manager oversees store sales and direct sales efforts across departments, mentors and trains Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training, manages payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals, protects store assets, drives inventory and marketing initiatives, analyzes sales statistics and inventory, collaborates with the District Sales Manager to enforce policies and grow the business, and delivers extraordinary customer service in alignment with brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated business acumen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
