Job Summary
Motivate and inspire teams to drive profitable sales and overall performance while creating business plans to exceed top and bottom-line goals. Deliver an energetic omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and repeat acquisition through strategic client relationship building. Take ownership of merchandising presentations to drive product sell-through and recruit a high-performing team held accountable through transparent communication. Utilize strategic forecasting and scheduling to support store operations, regularly educate staff on the Profit & Loss Statement to control expenses and reduce shrink. Establish succession plans for open positions and foster an inclusive environment that encourages feedback and retains top talent. Requires 3+ years of retail supervisor experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years Retail Supervisor experience in similar volume (or equivalent)
- Microsoft Office knowledge, Google Suite & Virtual Video Platforms
- Proficient communication skills – verbal and written
- Proven track record in HR Management
- Inventory management and merchandising abilities
- Analytical and problem solving
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Business acumen
- Must be able to bend, reach, carry up to 30 pounds
- Holidays, nights and weekend availability to support the needs of the business
