Job Summary
Motivate and inspire teams to drive profitable sales and overall performance through regular engagement and accountability. Create business plans to exceed top and bottom-line goals while taking ownership of merchandising to drive product sell-through. Recruit and develop a high-performing team using transparent communication, and set strategic succession plans for open positions. Utilize forecasting and scheduling to support store operations, and educate staff on the Profit & Loss Statement to control expenses and ensure compliance. Build client relationships and community engagement to acquire new customers and retain talent. Requires 3+ years of retail supervisor experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years Retail Supervisor experience in similar volume (or equivalent)
- Microsoft Office knowledge, Google Suite & Virtual Video Platforms
- Proficient communication skills – verbal and written
- Proven track record in HR Management
- Inventory management and merchandising abilities
- Analytical and problem solving
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Business acumen
- Must be able to bend, reach, carry up to 30 pounds
- Holidays, nights and weekend availability to support the needs of the business
- Stand and/or move around for extended periods of time
- Reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally
- Lift up to 40 pounds, unless an accommodation is requested
