Job Summary
Lead store performance and KPIs by executing daily operations, managing inventory per SOPs, and scheduling team members to meet business and budget needs. Serve as the brand ambassador through clienteling, educating customers on product history, and resolving complaints with a resolution-oriented approach. Drive talent development by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching staff while fostering collaboration, accountability, and trust within the team. Ensure visual standards and brand execution align with company goals through consistent training and open communication.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work full time hours, with open availability
