Store Manager (118 Mall, KL)

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets and deliver the required consumer experience. Plan staffing levels against trading plan, manage rotas, and recruit/train a high-performing team. Drive execution of the trading plan including visual merchandising, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage stock, cash, and security to company standards. Oversee store operations during trading hours, review opportunities and consumer feedback to improve sales, and ensure all employment changes and payroll accuracy. Maintain store compliance with legal requirements (PCI, data protection, right to work) and implement new initiatives to achieve objectives, while developing capabilities of the management team and driving performance against KPIs.
