Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for daily operations and profitability of one or more Bridgeton retail Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations within the CNG Holdings family. Oversees site operations, sales, customer service, and store-level leadership; handles customer verifications, cash handling, and adherence to policies and federal/state regulations; coordinates scheduling and staff training, and assists with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers; requires strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and autonomous work capability. Travel within the district to stores may be required; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and delivering value to customers and communities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling
- Must have own personal reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and automobile insurance while employed by the company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
