Job Summary
Store Manager leads a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a Sally Beauty store in Marietta, GA. Responsibilities include managing talent, driving sales, overseeing store operations within budget, controlling expenses, inventory management, enforcing safety and security policies, coaching staff, and ensuring the store presents well to customers. Desired skills include leadership, customer service excellence, retail operations, financial and performance management, merchandising, and the ability to motivate and develop a team to meet or exceed sales goals. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required; candidates should have strong supervision capabilities, dedication to beauty trends, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work physical shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Working conditions: standing, bending, stooping, etc., and exposure to fumes/odors
