Job Summary
Store Manager (Assistant Manager) at WhiteWater Express responsible for cultivating a positive, customer-focused culture, leading team development, and supporting daily operations and payroll tasks during GM absences. Key duties include staff coaching and development, delivering a safe, 5-star customer experience from drive-up to drive-out, driving revenue through memberships/promotions, overseeing scheduling and KPI-driven performance, ensuring safety and compliance, and collaborating with Facilities/IT for maintenance. Requires 1–3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in fast-paced environments and a high school diploma or equivalent; offers base salary plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment
- Car wash experience not required
- Strong leadership and sales acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems
- Ability to supervise teams of 8–12 employees; experience with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
