Oversee all aspects of the store, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits, while ensuring safety, training, and culture. Lead by example, enforce all policy and procedures 100%, and manage a team that follows your lead. This full-time, salaried position requires 5+ days per week, most weekends, and includes a clean background check, valid vehicle insurance, and a working car.
