Job Summary
Directs store team to maximize sales and profitability, manages scheduling and timekeeping, supervises staff, and drives policy-compliant operations. Responsible for customer-focused service, inventory control, pricing alignment with departments, planogram and merchandising execution, loss prevention, and accurate daily accounting. Collaborates with Territory Sales Manager and District Manager on sales growth, staff development, and ensuring store policies, procedures, and company training are followed to maintain an efficient, profitable store. Requires knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems, strong communication, and organizational skills; bilingual ability (Spanish highly desired) and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training
- Assistant Manager Certification
- Manager Development Program module
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE certification
