Job Summary
Store Manager oversees daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, ensuring cleanliness and operational excellence while managing financial reporting, customer relationships, unit rentals and moving-supplies sales. Responsibilities include maintaining site safety and cleanliness, handling billing and cash deposits, resolving delinquent accounts and conducting regular inspections, as well as administrative tasks like auction files and budgets. Requires 2+ years of customer-facing work experience; High School diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (NYC/Brooklyn exception). Focus is on building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions and delivering a structured sales process at a large self-storage facility network. Required Qualifications

- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
