Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the store including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits while ensuring safety, training, and culture. Lead by example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time for yourself and your crew. Manage a team of delivery drivers and staff, maintaining a fun and flexible environment. Work 5+ days per week, most weekends. Must possess judgment, leadership, and multitasking skills. Requires a clean background check, valid driver's license, working vehicle, and eligibility to work in the USA.
Required Qualifications
- Over 18 with 1-year safe driving history
- Working and reliable car or truck
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently residing near store location
- Clean background check
