Job Summary
Lead store operations in partnership with the Store Director, supervise large teams, and step in to oversee the entire store when needed. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include leading teams, developing talent, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring adherence to retail operations, merchandising, and food safety standards. Prior experience as a Department Manager or equivalent leadership role is preferred; travel is minimal and flexibility to work across store locations may be required.
Required Qualifications
