Store Management - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween consignment store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Control expenses, manage shrink, handle merchandising, and execute inventory control while supervising staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule accommodating 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This role is filled by an independent owner and operator who holds sole responsibility for employment, benefits, and wages, with the consignment operator routing applications for consideration.
