Store Management - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Establish and maintain guest services while controlling expenses, shrink, merchandising, and inventory. Manage staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of fixtures. Prior retail management experience is required, along with a flexible schedule and the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for eight hours or more. This consignment role is with an independent operator who handles all employment benefits and wages, not Spirit Halloween directly.
