Oversee total store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by managing Guest Services, controlling expenses, and handling shrink, merchandising, and inventory control. Direct staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of seasonal Spirit Halloween consignment stores while maintaining fixtures and managing merchandise. Requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule to support 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hired by an independent consignment operator who assumes sole responsibility for employment, wages, and benefits, with applicants routed directly to the operator for consideration.
