Oversee and manage the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween consignment store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Control expenses, manage shrink, handle merchandising, and execute inventory control while supervising staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule accommodating 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will follow employment and operating policies established by the independent consignment operator, who holds sole responsibility for your wages and benefits.
