Store Management - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween consignment store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Control expenses, manage shrink, handle merchandising, and execute inventory control while supervising staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown. Establish and maintain guest services standards throughout the store's lifecycle. This role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. The position demands 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
