Store Management - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween consignment store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain a flexible schedule with 8+ hours of standing/walking and physical demands including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. This role is for an independent consignment operator, not Spirit Halloween directly, with wages starting at $20.00 or $23.00 per hour depending on the position level.
