Store Management - Spirit

Oversee and manage the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween consignment store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Control expenses, manage shrink, and handle merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will work under the independent owner and operator, who is solely responsible for employment benefits and wages.
