Store Maintenance Technician

Store Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping store facilities, equipment, and assets safe, clean, and fully operational. Performs routine facility inspections, minor repairs (plumbing, lighting, fixtures, doors, tiles), and equipment maintenance (kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers); coordinates with vendors for major repairs; executes preventive maintenance checklists weekly and monthly; ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (OSHA/local codes); reports hazards and equipment failures; supports safety programs and store audits; assists in coordinating with third-party service providers; responds promptly to emergencies; may support minor renovations, live unloading/ movement of supplies, and participation in store opening/closing. Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting; may work in hot/cold/wet environments; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; authorized to work in the USA.
