Store Loss Prevention Detective responsible for apprehensions, investigations, and surveillance to deter theft; maintains positive relationships with store management, communicates with associates on shrink initiatives, coordinates shrink-related activities with management, and handles paperwork accurately; observes, participates in investigations as assigned, and supports safety and legal activities as needed; promotes honesty, integrity, and confidentiality while delivering courteous service and contributing to shrink reduction goals; requires basic computer and time-management skills and the ability to respond to changes in direction, with flexibility to work a schedule that supports business needs.
