Job Summary

Review the trading plan with your Cluster Manager to set key actions, report on store and area performance, and ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires retail leadership experience with KPI knowledge such as ATV and TPC, proven shop floor engagement, and flexibility to support other stores.
