Job Summary
As a Store Leader, you will lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, training staff, managing store budgets, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a positive work environment. You must maintain operational standards and track performance against financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in store operations
- Previous management experience in a retail operation or relevant experience with Parker’s
- Must have reliable transportation
- Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment is required
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory
- Store Leaders must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances
