Job Summary
As a Store Leader at Parker’s Kitchen, you will lead and manage store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, training and coaching team members, managing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing store budgets and expenses for profitability. Candidates must have prior management experience, be at least 18 years old, possess reliable transportation, and complete required certifications within specified timelines. The role requires the ability to work varied hours and physically handle lifting and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in store operations
- Previous management experience in a retail operation or relevant experience with Parker’s
- Must have reliable transportation
- Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment is required
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory
- Store Leaders must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances
