Store Leader - Northpark Center

Lead the Kate Spade New York store at Northpark Center (Dallas) to maximize productivity and profitability by building a high-performing team, elevating the brand’s service environment, and driving results through clienteling, omni-channel sales, and operational excellence. Set the tone, model brand behaviors, and cultivate an inclusive culture. Responsibilities include coaching to ensure premium client experiences, driving clienteling/CRM usage and KPI achievement (conversion, AOV, UPT, virtual appointments, ship-from-store, BOPIS), recruiting and developing talent, owning store financial performance through forecasting and planning, analyzing selling reports, collaborating with cross-functional partners (visual, operations, HR, merchandising, marketing) to execute strategies, ensuring visual merchandising standards, managing opening/closing, cash handling, security, scheduling and payroll within budget, protecting inventory integrity, and maintaining compliance with loss prevention and policy standards. Required skills include strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and excellent communication in English. The role emphasizes building an inclusive and diverse culture aligned with brand values and delivering superior customer experiences.
