Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee responsible for leading store team, merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. Requires customer service leadership, coaching and training abilities, P&L and store-report analysis, cash handling and fuel transactions, and promoting the rewards program; emphasizes health/safety compliance, store presentation, and performance metrics. Offers internal advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits; training pathways and a strong promote-from-within culture are highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
