Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee will join a store leadership team at 7-Eleven, overseeing customer service leadership, training and coaching of store employees, merchandising and marketing program execution, and use of store reports and P&L data to drive profitability. The role emphasizes developing leaders from within, promoting from within, and advancing through management training programs. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain store standards, staff development, and effective operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- previous supervisory experience
- ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs
- proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel (preferred)
- valid driver's license
