Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee at 7-Eleven leading the store leadership team (Store Leader and assistants) to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop the store team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, implementing merchandising and marketing programs, utilizing P&L and store reports to drive improvement, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, promoting the rewards program, maintaining health and sanitation standards, and facilitating training and internal advancement opportunities within a strong promote-from-within culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of retail management experience.
- Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
- Experience overseeing merchandising and marketing programs; ability to use store reports and P&L to drive change.
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
