Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee responsible for overseeing customer service leadership, training and coaching, merchandising and marketing execution, and using store reports to drive profitability. Will develop and empower the store team, manage cash handling and fuel transactions, promote the rewards loyalty program, and ensure a clean, safe, in-stock environment. Strong communication and intrapersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel, and the ability to multi-task are essential; prior supervisory experience in retail is preferred. The role offers internal advancement opportunities and a focus on promoting from within.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience.
