Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee responsible for overseeing store leadership alongside an Assistant or two, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the store team, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Roles include supervising and coaching the team, implementing merchandising and marketing programs, using store reports and P&L to drive changes, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and in-stock store environment while communicating effectively with staff. Strong emphasis on leadership development, internal promotion, and delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced convenience-store environment. Required Qualifications
