Store Leader (Manager) Trainee

Store Leader Trainee leads and supports store leadership activities, overseeing customer service leadership, training and coaching for store employees, and implementing merchandising and marketing programs to drive profitability. The role emphasizes developing leaders, utilizing store reports and P&L to effect change, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, maintaining a clean and compliant store environment, and communicating effectively with team members. The position requires the ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; a valid driver's license is required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with preference given to those with retail management experience.
