Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee responsible for leading store operations, customer service, merchandising and marketing initiatives, developing staff, using P&L and store reports to drive profitability, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, ensuring health and sanitation, and promoting a strong loyalty program. The role supports an internal career path toward Store Leader/Manager, with emphasis on training, coaching, and leadership development within 7-Eleven’s promote-from-within philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience.
