Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee leads and collaborates with an Assistant to drive store operations, profitability, and customer service excellence. Responsible for overseeing and coaching the store team, implementing merchandising and marketing programs, using store reports and P&L data to influence decisions, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and promoting the rewards loyalty program. Strong communication, training, and leadership skills are essential, with an emphasis on developing talent within a fast-paced retail environment. This role is part of a management team and supports advancement opportunities within 7-Eleven’s internal growth philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience.
