Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee responsible for leading store teams, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing leaders, and ensuring excellent customer service. Role includes overseeing and coaching staff, leveraging store reports to drive changes, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, promoting the rewards/loyalty program, maintaining a clean and compliant environment, and supporting health/safety procedures. Requires ability to oversee and develop employees, strong communication and computer skills (MS Word/Excel), and a High School diploma or GED (preferred) with retail management experience; valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance required. $54,340–$60,060 annual salary; 401K/PTO/benefits available; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
