Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee at 7-Eleven leading store operations: oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees; manage merchandising and marketing programs; supervise cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty-program promotion; use P&L and store reports to drive changes; ensure store is clean, safe, in-stock, and well-presented; promote retention by developing leaders and empowering staff; strong communication and computer skills (MS Word/Excel) are valued; prior supervisory experience and a High School diploma or GED are preferred (not required with retail management experience).
