Job Summary
Store Leader Trainee oversees store operations and leads the store team to deliver customer service excellence, merchandising and marketing initiatives, and profitability. Responsibilities include coaching and developing employees, applying P&L and store reports to drive change, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, ensuring a clean, safe environment, and maintaining in-stock products. Requires strong communication, leadership, and computer skills; high school diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of retail management experience. Benefits exist and advancement opportunities are emphasized; pay range is $17.00–$30.00 per hour. Location: Greenfield, MA.
