Store Leader In-Training

Conduct daily convenience store operations by managing staff, controlling expenses, and maximizing sales through merchandising and inventory control. Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers, suggesting purchases, and promoting store specials while adhering to company policies and sanitation standards. Maintain building cleanliness, restock displays, and operate cash registers to ensure accurate sales reporting and daily deposits. Assist in training new employees, investigate incidents, and respond to emergencies when the manager is unavailable. Fuel customer vehicles and perform car wash services as needed. Work weekends and shifts, including on-call availability, while meeting physical requirements for lifting and standing.
