Job Summary
Conduct daily convenience store operations by managing sales, controlling inventory, and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Provide exceptional guest service, enforce company policies, and suggest purchases to maximize profitability while minimizing store outs. Maintain cleanliness of the building, fuel customer cars, and operate cash registers to process transactions and prepare daily deposits. Assist in training new employees and investigate incidents or accidents in accordance with safety guidelines. Work weekends and any shift required, including on-call availability to respond to emergencies when the Store Manager is unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- High school education
- Must be of legal age to sell alcohol
- 3-6 months Customer Service Representative experience
- Assistant In Training experience
- completion of prescribed company training programs
- valid drivers license
- reliable transportation
- self-motivated
- strong attention to detail
- Must be available to work any shift
- Must be available to respond to an emergency at any time when the Store Manager is unavailable
