Job Summary

Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by coaching Team Members in real time to create welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experiences. Manage daily operations, drive visual execution, and ensure store standards, replenishment, and merchandising are always on point. Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity while analyzing trends to adjust strategies for sales and efficiency. Actively hire, onboard, and retain top talent, then build clear development plans to support career progression and bench strength. Partner cross-functionally with HQ Support to align on big picture strategies and new initiatives.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of leadership experience
A proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work closely and effectively with others
Deep understanding of customer service principles
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong operational and organizational skills
Strong visual merchandising skills
A keen eye for detail
Ability to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store
Ability to be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product
Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
