Job Summary
Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset by coaching your team in real time to ensure personalized, welcoming experiences that elevate connection and conversion. Manage daily operations, drive visual execution, and maintain strict standards for replenishment and merchandising while owning key business metrics including P&L, payroll, and inventory. Actively hire, onboard, and retain top talent while building clear development plans to support career progression and bench strength. Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ Support to align on big-picture strategies and adjust tactics in real time to drive results in both sales and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- A proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work closely and effectively with others
- Deep understanding of customer service principles
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Full Time Availability
