Job Summary
Lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service, meet business objectives, and create a working environment that supports colleague development. Review the trading plan with your Cluster Manager to set key actions and priorities, reporting back on store, cluster, and area performance. Foster a strong sense of pride by ensuring areas are well-maintained while upholding high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Create a culture of learning and recognition by spotting opportunities for skill development and motivating teams to adopt an 'engage' rather than 'tell' approach. This role requires retail leadership experience with knowledge of KPIs such as ATV and TPC, along with a flexible mindset for supporting other stores as required.
Required Qualifications
- Retail leadership experience
- working knowledge of KPI's such as ATV and TPC
- Proven experience leading by example
- actively engaging with your team on the shop floor

- Strong relationship-building skills
