Job Summary
Store Leader at SKIMS City Creek overseeing store operations, coaching, and talent development. Lead a high-energy, customer-first retail environment by coaching in real time, driving elevated service, and embedding SKIMS values. Manage daily operations, merchandising standards, inventory, and payroll while owning key business metrics (P&L, productivity). Hire and develop a diverse team, build bench strength, and collaborate with HQ to align on strategy and initiatives. Set clear development plans, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure an engaging store experience that showcases the SKIMS product story.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work closely and effectively with others
- deep understanding of customer service principles
- strong problem-solving abilities
- strong operational and organizational skills
- strong visual merchandising skills
- ability to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
- ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly
- Full Time Availability: evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime
