Store Lead - West Town Mall - Part time

Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team by performing cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role focuses on engaging customers, maintaining store standards, coaching and developing associates, providing timely performance feedback, and driving store productivity through supervision of payroll and scheduling. The position emphasizes customer service excellence, brand representation, teamwork, and the ability to motivate and develop staff while upholding CRE/Safety standards and executing store initiatives. Experience in retail environments, strong communication, and adaptability to changing priorities are required; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends is essential.
