Job Summary
Store Lead responsible for cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and Leader on Duty (LOD) duties; will model exceptional customer service, drive store standards, coach and develop associates, participate in talent development, and support store initiatives to maximize productivity and profitability. Requires retail experience, strong communication, teamwork, ability to coach and provide feedback, adaptability to schedules including weekends, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Regional brand representation includes The Children's PLACE family of brands; part-time role based in Hattiesburg, MS.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years previous retail experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
